Eternal things are important

Once in a while we are struck with the thought how long we could go back in time?

To the formation of our planet? Our solar system? when first stars formed? When first hydrogen atoms  combined to form helium atoms ? To the moment of big bang?

Before that ? Seems a dead end. Time doesn't exist before that. so what does this mean? All this beauty and chaos for no reason? Could you for a moment be satisfied with the fact that all this Is a mere quantum fluctuation?

But for a moment even if I were to tell that there was something before big bang you would go again asking the same question. what was before that? That's exactly what I want to tell you! There is no ending to this question. The question itself is an never-ending loop. That is why eternal things are important. They are there to break that never-ending loop. So there must be some eternal

entity running this universe. And that could be anything.

A higher form of being maybe.
